For faster delivery of one book in U.S., we use USPS Priority Mail; 2-3 business
days delivery.
Cost of One book to these time zones: Eastern $9.00; Central $8.00; Mtn.
& Pacific $7.00.

We use USPS Global Priority Mail, flat rate envelope (large); 4-6 business days
delivery.

Japan, Korea, China, Taiwan, India, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, Israel). For
other countries, Global Express Mail (EMS) can be used; rates are much
